Who This Notice Covers
This notice applies to anyone who visits thejazzycat.com. It explains what happens to information about you while you read the site, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The UK's data protection regulator is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
It does not cover Jazzy Cat's own website. Once you press a join or log-in button you leave this site and Jazzy Cat's own privacy policy applies (see below). The site is published by the thejazzycat.com team, which is the party responsible for the information described here. You can reach us through the Contact page.
What We Collect
This site is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, registration, forms, comments, search box or payments, so we never ask for your name, email address, address, date of birth, payment details or identity documents. What can be processed when you visit is limited to:
- Request data at the host. Whenever a page is loaded, the company that hosts the site receives your IP address, the page requested, the time, and details sent by your browser such as its type and language. We use this only to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests.
- Typeface request. The pages load the Inter typeface from Google's font service, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens and Google receives your IP address and browser details.
- Join-button redirects. When you press a join or log-in button, your browser is sent through a redirect on this site and a traffic-routing service before it reaches Jazzy Cat. The address carries three labels, which are the name of this site, the page you pressed the button on and the brand. They do not contain your name or any personal details, but the services that carry the redirect can see your IP address while it passes.
We do not run analytics tools, advertising pixels or session recording on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share information about you.
Cookies and Outbound Clicks
This site does not set cookies of its own, so it shows no cookie banner. Its small scripts only close the mobile menu, scroll the game and offer carousels, and fill in the address of a join button when you hover over it, touch it or move to it with the keyboard. One thing is stored in your browser: on pages that show a one-time offer notice, a single flag in your browser's session storage records that you have seen it, and it is cleared when the browser session ends. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us. If you block cookies or JavaScript, the text of every page still reads normally, but a join button will not work without JavaScript.
When you click through to Jazzy Cat, the operator's site may set its own cookies. Its privacy policy describes first-party and third-party cookies in four categories (necessary, functional, analytics and advertisement), uses a consent tool called CookieYes, and lets you choose what to accept.
Jazzy Cat's Own Privacy Policy
When you register with Jazzy Cat, Solaya Group Limited is the data controller for your account. Jazzy Cat's privacy policy, last updated 19 June 2026, says it keeps account data for as long as the account exists and for up to six years after the service ends, and that it uses the credit reference agencies TransUnion International UK Limited and Experian Limited for identity and credit checks. Read it on Jazzy Cat's website before you register.
The operator's policy gives privacy@begame.com for privacy requests about your Jazzy Cat account, and names the ICO as the supervisory authority. Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what is held about you, to have errors corrected, to ask for erasure, to object to some processing and to complain to the ICO. The ICO can be reached on 0303 123 1113 and its website is ico.org.uk. Marketing from the operator is by consent: the operator says you can opt out in My Account, with the unsubscribe link in its emails or by writing to privacy@begame.com.
