Who We Are
thejazzycat.com is a promotional site for Jazzy Cat, the UK bingo and slots brand. It exists to show UK players what Jazzy Cat offers before they sign up: the two welcome options, the bingo rooms, the slots lobby, Drops & Wins, Daily Catch, and how the account and safer-play tools work. The site is written on behalf of the site itself: we do not name individual authors and we do not publish personal biographies.
Jazzy Cat is a white-label brand. Its privacy policy explains that where a brand is provided under a white-label arrangement, Solaya Group Limited operates the gambling services and the player accounts. In plain terms: when you sign up, your contract, your account and your money are with Solaya Group Limited. This site only describes the brand and sends visitors to it.
Everything here is written for adults in the United Kingdom. Jazzy Cat accepts players aged 18+ who live in the UK, it works in pounds sterling, and its own pages are in English. Every page of this site follows the same line: 18+, T&Cs apply, and gambling should stay fun. The Responsible Gambling page explains the tools and the free help lines in one place.
Who runs Jazzy Cat
Jazzy Cat is operated by Solaya Group Limited, a company incorporated in Gibraltar (company number 125734). Its registered address is Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. Jazzy Cat's terms say the site was run by Dazzletag Entertainment Limited until 1 April 2026, and describe the move to Solaya as an intra-group restructuring with no change to ownership, management, brands, products or services.
Jazzy Cat is licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. The Commission's public register lists Solaya Group Limited under account number 100050, with Bingo (Remote), Casino (Remote) and Linked Gambling Software (Remote) licences, reference 100050-R-341529-004, active from 11 November 2025. The register gives the head office as Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. Jazzy Cat's own terms print the licence reference as 100050-R-341529-001, and its privacy policy adds that it is also licensed by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner. The two references differ only in their final digits and both carry account number 100050, which is the number to search for on the register.
Where Our Figures Come From
Every figure, name and term on this site is read from a primary page and written down with the date we checked it. We do not copy numbers from other websites. The sources are:
- Jazzy Cat's own pages: the promotions, Play Safe, support, terms and conditions, and privacy policy pages, all read on 31 October 2026.
- The Gambling Commission's public register, for the licence details above.
- The sites of the official bodies named on our safer-play page (GamCare, GAMSTOP, the Information Commissioner's Office and the IBAS dispute service), for their contact details.
We follow three simple rules when we update the site:
- A figure older than 30 days is checked again before it is used on a page.
- Where Jazzy Cat's own pages disagree with each other, we quote both versions as printed instead of choosing one. Live chat hours are one example, and you will see both versions on our Contact page. Withdrawal speed is another: Jazzy Cat's home page says around 99% of withdrawals are processed instantly, while its terms say you should receive a withdrawal within five working days.
- A fact we cannot find is left out. Jazzy Cat does not advertise a mobile app or a support phone number, so this site does not mention either as a feature.
Offers, dates and limits change. The terms on Jazzy Cat's own offer page are the ones that apply to you, so read them before you deposit.
How This Site Earns a Commission
The join buttons on this site lead to Jazzy Cat. If you register through one of them, thejazzycat.com may earn a commission from the operator. That commission is what pays for running and updating this site. It does not change the offer terms we print, which are Jazzy Cat's own, and it does not make this site part of the operator's business.
Account, Payment and Dispute Matters
Sign-up, login, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and complaints are all handled by Jazzy Cat, so that is where to take them. Its support page lists these channels:
- Live Chat, open seven days a week. The hours on the support page differ from the hours on the Play Safe page (see our Contact page).
- Email at support@jazzycat.com. The support page says the team will aim to reply within 24 hours.
- A contact form on the support page, with an optional username, your email address and a message.
Identity checks are Jazzy Cat's job too. Its terms say it checks new players electronically at registration, and that if the electronic check fails it asks for photo ID and proof of address before the account can go on. Send documents only to the operator, never to this site.
If a complaint is not settled, Jazzy Cat's terms point you to complaints@begame.com, and say it aims to resolve complaints within eight weeks. After that you can take the case to the free adjudication service IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service). Jazzy Cat's terms and conditions are the rulebook for play. The rules for using this website are on the Terms page, and how this website handles data is on the Privacy page.
